The Club has three rooms available for hire, at a very reasonable price, to accommodate you for your special event – wedding, birthday, anniversary, conference and even your 21st with special conditions.
Catering is available with buffet style menus as well as platters. Public parking is also available close by.
A Special License will be required for you and your guests if you are not members of the New Plymouth Club. The Licence costs from $30.00 and is required to be submitted at least 28 days before the event. This fee depends on when facilities were booked and the function style.

BLUE ROOM
Located on the 2nd floor Up to 50 people depending on function and seating style. Chairs and tables available. Projector and screen also available Hireage: Under 4 Hours $50.00, Over 4 Hours $75.00 PLEASE NOTE: The Blue Room has no catering facilities for ‘parties’ and is better suited to a meeting/lecture/training room.
